After years of experience as Chef at such restaurants as Harry's Bar (owned by Cipriani in Venice, Italy), Cipriani (NY), and Il Corso, Chef Mario decided to open Il Poeta. Come taste some of the classic Northern Italian dishes and some of Chef Mario's delicious creations.
